1. Digital Product Notice

Commissioned artwork is a digital service and is generally non-returnable once substantial work has begun.

Because no physical item is shipped, standard physical product return models do not apply.

2. Cancellation Window

You may request cancellation before production starts for a near-full refund minus payment processing fees.

After sketching or production begins, refunds are partial and depend on completed workload.

3. Refund Model

Refund percentages are assessed case by case based on project phase and assets already delivered.

If a project is cancelled by the artist, any unfinished scope is refunded fairly and promptly.

  • Concept stage: higher refund eligibility.
  • Rendering or final stage: lower refund eligibility.
  • Final approved delivery: usually not refundable.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

Please contact us before initiating a payment dispute so we can resolve the issue directly.

Unjustified chargebacks after approved delivery may lead to loss of service eligibility and legal recovery efforts.

5. How To Request a Refund

Refund decisions are provided in writing and include the amount, rationale, and expected payout timing.
